He Faked His Grandpa Into London’s Biggest Fashion Show… 😱👏

Zac Alsop set out to prove how strange and perception-driven the fashion world can be by taking an ordinary 76-year-old granddad named Ray, who had no connection to fashion, and turning him into a fake fashion celebrity in a single day. After creating a fictional backstory and dressing Ray in an intentionally ridiculous outfit made from random Wish items, Zac brought him to London Fashion Week to see if people would believe the act.

What started as a joke quickly spiraled into something unbelievable. Photographers began taking Ray’s pictures, people assumed he was an important figure in fashion, and he gained access to exclusive shows, front-row seats, backstage areas, and even one of the biggest fashion afterparties of the week. By the end, Ray had become an unexpected star, showing how confidence, perception, and social hype can sometimes be enough to convince people that someone belongs at the top.

    1. You know there’s nothing inherently wrong with these types of fashion shows, its the attitude that makes them unbearable, if everyone was just having fun, just goofin, no one would hate high fashion

    2. Fashion looks crazy to people who don’t understand the meaning of the piece.

Further on that, fashion looks absolutely fascinating to people who actually understand or are willing to understand the meaning.

Don’t call something ugly or insane without trying to understand it yourself first.😊

    3. What do you mean everyone thinks that "modern fashion" is absolutely ridiculous the only reason it's still alive is because of people that like "modern art" they all know it's bullshit but the billionaires keep paying and the wannabe smartasses keep being fools

    4. Some parts are ridiculous some are gorgeous like victorias secret runway show that I wish I could go to but no it’s expensive and my mom would never take me because of cost and my dad would never take me because of “comfort” and my older sister isn’t even my older sister.

    5. I mean when you think about it. They custom made that outfit with the most unusual stuff. That’s what designers like. Thinking outside the box. So makes sense why they like it.

    6. Humans need to die like I watching this and say verifying is fake so why to live by it I prefer to live in the forest sold school with a wife kids and a whole green forest 🌳 instead of vila and cars simple life is the dream not this rat race who is rigged from the start

    7. The problem of modern "fashion" is they need to make stuff ugly so h&m etc dont just end up selling the same stuff around a year later. Just look at what happened to ed hardys brand. Gucci for example only survives on turkish/arab and russian wannabe drug dealer gangsters and womens purses. If you see a male wearing a gucci cap, bag or belt whats your first thought? Mine is "overcompetent arrogant prick that acts like logan paul and thinks hes mike tyson"… as someone who works in retail i made the expirience that those people are broke losers that start trouble just for fun. Groceries? Yeah they ate half of it before getting to the register and start a argument about paying for it in the end…healthcare? Yeah they want the best treatment, mocking you for making a profit of others while skipping the bill and leaving the country to avoid court….funerals? They hire you for a 50k+ funeral and end up handing you 24bucks in coins blaiming the "stingy attendents" who just happen to be their entire bloodline, never visiting the "mausoleum" theyve let us build for the grave and the city has to get rid of it around 3years after the funeral…the bones get thrown in the trash btw during that…i can only tell about male examples here tbh since the women were all busy having a phonecall during every conversation…yes also at the funerals…

    8. I’m surprised that even though the people who attended these shows and the hosts themselves don’t actually use social media to see how people sneak in or make fun of them when they post stuff about their shows

    9. The fashion industry is just a place where snobs go to smell their own farts. There's no substance there. It's just a bunch of fools who are probably high on LSD. Only thing that makes sense.
