I was thinking the same thing when I heard that. She’s at home with the kids a lot. They have never spent a ton of time together out. He likes soaking up the spotlight alone. The times he takes her out only are to show off. And yes, Ryan is a psychopathic narcissist.
Then why the eff did Justin let them off the hook? Why? I believe you that you have communication with them. I also believe that Ryan and Blake have not stopped going after Justin, nor will they ever. So why. Please explain the reasoning when he had them dead to rights. After all that time and money. Nonsensical.

As far as Ryan wanting her not to go…it’s totally believable that he doesn’t want to be at her side with any of this (he didn’t go to the hearing), to do things solo because of course he would try to keep this stink off of him as much as possible. Someone said he was trying to skate away with her taking most of the flack for it. Especially devious if he masterminded all of it. And staying away from her helps with that. I could see that. It’s pretty evil.
Remember when the law suit first dropped they did a super cringe cameo in the audience of the SNL season finale, i think where they said why?? What have you heard……. to a question from Tina Fey.

Thank you, Katie, for bringing some common sense to these stories! When I heard content creators talking about Justin making the sequel with Blake, I thought they were crazy to repeat such a story without questioning it. Why would Justin ever work with someone again who made the last few years of his life (and of those he loves) a living hell? Did they think he was some kind of masochist? Just goes to show you how gullible people are.
And thank you for pointing out what I’ve been saying all along – that Blake is pushing 40, a time when most actresses in Hollywood start to see acting opportunities dry out. Blake was never a big film star to begin with, so her career is definitely on life support, esp now that her reputation on film sets has been exposed.

Yeah, I watched that moron and Rob shooter and I caught him in a few untrue. I was like oh my God anybody listening to this guy has to be an idiot! He’s about as believable as the Easter bunny, a fictional creature! I have had enough of these people lying on Justin I’ve had enough of them trying to launch something they want to happen so they could get a 2.0 version of this lawsuit Justin’s not stupid and certainly Emily and Natasha are not going to let their husbands anywhere near that other couple! IF they were to divorce, I can't imagine her going without a fight for a big chunk of his money. That'll be yet another bitter court battle. They need to step back from all of this and fix their marriage, for the sake of their kids, who must greatly affected by this mess.

The thing with narcissists is they are also wounded when people don’t admire their significant other. With someone like Ryan the sweet spot was for his wife to be someone others found attractive and desirable but not competing with him artistically or other achievements. It’s wounding Ryan badly that Blake is a pariah and getting older. He needed her thin at the Met Gala as much as she did for his own ego.

I think Ryan planted that and Blake planted that article about Ryan using the me too movement. They seem to have now started fighting using the press.
That one article some time back saying that Ryan is begging Blake to settle was throwing her under the bus after he was getting very bad press for his actions in this case… It was diabolical how he hid behind her and said he had nothing to do with this. What kind of husband would do that to someone he loves. Let her take the fall alone when you know you did so much?!? Crazy. I'm sure there was another way to save face that didn't mean throwing her under the bus
The idea that Justin and Wayfarer would work with Lively again is by far away the stupidest thing I have ever heard in my entire life. I dont think they will make the sequel either.
It seems incongruent that Ryan would only want a wife to stay home or be less successful when you consider all he did for Blake to take over the popular movie and the franchise.
