On Sunday, May 31, Braun shared a video to Instagram of the couple going undercover for a spontaneous trip to Times Square after the “Euphoria” star noted she had never been before. “When you’re in bed at 11pm and your girl says “I’ve never been to Times Square,” the former music talent manager captioned his post. The reel begins with the duo riding Citi Bikes to get to the area with the actress sporting a hoodie, jeans, and sunglasses. They first stop for a burger, which Sweeney raves is “very good,” before taking in the bright lights of Times Square as “Empire State of Mind” by Alicia Keys and Jay-Z plays in the background. Afterwards, the “Anyone But You” star dances and poses in front of digital billboards of her American Eagle ad with no one recognizing her.
