Dua Lipa and Callum Turner are using book décor throughout their wedding celebrations as a nod to their meet cute. They sat next to each other and realized they were reading the same book and on the same page.

Now I’m sitting here grumpy that I didn’t set up a little free library type thing as wedding favors. Why you gotta keep having the perfect life, Dua? Some of us are uncreative and middle class!

Either Ulysses by James Joyce or Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace, baucause I hope it was just the first chapter of many many more..

There is no wayyyyy. What random happenstance occurred to bring them together like that?? Same private flight??? Same private cafe?? There’s no way this was a public occurrence

This is so cute, it’s similar to how my husband and I fell in love too. We celebrate 11 years together on Monday.

Idc if it’s true, my sad little librarian heart is happy to hear about celebs who love reading

    8. There is no way, Dua or him move the pages to the same one when they looked they were next someone good looking

Whenever I hear news about them , I am happy for them but which god did he pray to?

“So we’re on the same page” meaning like “we are vibing” like a jokey play on words, not literally on the same page. It seems like the title is misinterpreting his quote. Maybe farfetched to be next to someone reading the same book/having both finished the first chapter but they were not *literally* on the same page which seems to be flabbergasting a lot of the comments here

Wasn’t there a post about how a model (or actress?) was dating Callum when he met Dua and they actually met at a restaurant, with the chef helping to set them up?

this is 100% a real story idc idc idc let me have my delusions in peace thank you for your attention to this matter

    13. I love them but there is no way people actually believe they were not only reading the same book but they were on the same page lol.

I think they’re great together, but idk their decision to close down public spaces for their wedding for days on end is pretty messed up. There’s a hell of a difference between renting somewhere privately and blocking off entire pedestrian areas, essentially locking people out of spaces they pay taxes for

    15. I don’t know much about them but this is the sweetest connection ever. I’m not jealous AT ALL
