Blake’s suit was not thrown out on technicality, the judge actually addressed the merits of her sh case and found it baseless.
Not terribly impressed with Victoria Burke over this mess. She said she didn't want to "weigh in" and would stay out of this. She created this Bill she should help Judge Liman understand it then. Let the Judge know that this Bill wasn't designed for Blakes' deceit and manipulation. She should be defending the Bill and she could certainly help Justin in Blakes wicked web she weaves. Her work and intentions will all be lost if she just sits on the bench and lets Blake Hijack it. The people that will suffer the most are the REAL ppl this Bill was put forth for. We all know that Blake is simply using a loophole to get money and she is the one that racked up this enormous legal bill. I feel so bad for Justin and Wayfair, this feels like shooting fish in a barrel and Blake is holding the shotgun and this law is allowing her to do it. Sometimes you have to wade into the waters Victoria, even if you don't want to. It's the right thing to do. Clearly Liman doesn't know how to go about this and that is exactly what Blakes lawyers are counting on. In the meantime a precedence is going to be set and many other ppl are going to get screwed if Liman makes the wrong decision. Victoria Burke could certainly help him make the right one based on why she put this Bill together in the first place.

Blake Likely was not a victim of SH, in this case she was the predator, trying to take a film from Justin Baldoni with the help of Ryan Reynolds who victimised Justin Baldoni calling him a Predator to anyone who would listen. He told Ari Emmanuel WME to drop Justin Baldoni because he Ryan was the bigger star. SONI actually called Blake Lively a Flocking Terrorist.
He’s taking his time so he can write everything out correctly because he doesn’t wanna crush this new law and belittle its importance. But at the same time I feel he believes it doesn’t belong in his case. So how do you do that? How do you word that correctly? Without word salad or hurting the Bill or law so that it can continue on because it has good merit to it.
