Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. This week has gone so much better, and we praise God for that. One day at a time for so many of us right now. We can do hard things! Thanks for watching.
Don't forget that God loves you. He is there with you every step of the way. He never leaves us or forsakes us. There's a God. The only God that is bigger then are worries and fears. Praise his name
My heart breaks seeing you like this. But you are such a strong woman and a fantastic mom. One of the most important things for a child with any illness is a good warm home and good support system. Your love will carry you all through this. And it’s also ok to sometimes not be strong! It’s ok to ask for help or comfort. It is so difficult to see your child like this.
You’ve given me strength and joy when I’ve needed lightness during dark times and medical dramas. I’m sending the strength and joy straight back to you, somehow someway through prayer. As your community, is there anything we can do to help? Can we start a fundraiser or do something of that nature?
You are on my prayers. Thank you for sharing. What was the song at the end? I needed this reminder that we can do hard things. I am suffering with chronic illnesses and it’s hard but God is with us. U send you lots of hugs and love.
All the very best to Fletcher, you, and your whole family. Thanks for sharing not just the positives; I'm sure your experiences and honesty are helping lots of others here. It's completely ok to feel like you do in dark times!
Freeze dried marshmallows are great for hot chocolate
Don’t vaccinate, avoid junk food especially food with dyes-
I’m so sorry 😞 praying for you and I am seizure free for 25 years !
God will see you through! ❤
Prayers for healing and joy….
Have you heard of?dysautonomia and POTS. I will say a prayer for you all now. I’m sorry that your insurance doesn’t cover that $70,000 test fee! It should! All these things should be covered by insurance I would think. I’m so sorry for what you’re going through but God is still Good. I know because sadly my 41-year-old daughter passed away in 2024 in a horrific way without warning😢 and I still say that God is Good and can be trusted and loves us, even though the most horrible things in life can happen. It makes us stronger if we draw close to Him. I know it’s hard! Praying for you and also a healthy delivery of your baby!
As Job said…The LORD gives and takes away …Blessed be His Name🙏But it is so hard to go through trials! Even though the testing of our Faith produces patience.
❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏
Sending prayers. God is always good even in the times when it seems like He isn't. And someday I know you will be able to look back and say with confidence that He was always good. Right now it's hard but it won't always be that way. ❤
I know young adults that sadly have things like these. It’s called POTS and. autodysnomia. Megyn continue to talk to the Lord about it… He cares about you and your sweet son. Never give up hope🙏✝️
We love Walnut Cheese Nook & Abundant Blessings!! Next time you’re in the area, check out Stan’s Coffee in Thompsontown. It’s so good!
I have absolutely no medical background, just 63 yrs of experience. I’m wondering if your son hasn’t has a growth spurt and his medicine needs to be adjusted because of it. Praying you find the answers and peace of mind.
He might have outgrown his current dosage. My son has intractable epilepsy. Came out of nowhere at 9.5yrs old. I am sorry you are going through this. We did a lot of testing and I am not sure if you have done genetic testing but we did end up finding the answer through that. I unknowingly passed on a gene. With having so many kids, it was important to know so we can be proactive with their health.
I’m so sorry your little one is experiencing this. While you’re taking care of him and your family don’t forget to care for yourself. Your anxiety breaks my heart. Breath Mama, some mind clearing meditation could help, your spirit. Remember, you don’t have to share every part of your life, if you don’t want to. keep this your happy place. I loved the choir what a beautiful way to end your video. ❤ 🙏 🕊️
I’m so sorry Megan.. I will be thinking about you and praying so hard for you and your sweet boy.
Thoughts and prayers for you all and anyone else! My daughter when she was young she was sick. Finally found a doctor and it was celiac. Then when she went to school and in First grade her and her friend were beat up and bullied through school. I know it’s not the same but when I saw you crying I knew that feeling. My daughter is now 22 and still struggling! My daughter is my miracle child! I was never to have a child. I was always grateful for her. But it got dark with me and my Faith! I told god we will never sacrifice my daughter like he did! After saying that there was a peace. It might sound mean but when you’re alone and going through this. I will always do anything to keep my daughter safe and healthy and alive!! And will never apologize for it. I do it with a good heart. I pray we all find our own kind of peace. God bless you all
Dear Megan,
I feel for you and your family! May God be your strength, peace, comfort, and joy, even when your pain is immense.
Nine years ago, I had to witness our son's first seizure. I thought he was dying. And how great the pain was every time we hoped we had made it through, and then the seizures started again.
Today, multiple seizures a day and hospital visits are part of our daily routine, and we have been through so much. But God has always been faithful and never abandons us! He is with you, with Fletcher, Josh, and the children, guiding you through every valley, helping you grow closer to Him, and rejoicing with you when there is reason to celebrate!
I hope all of this wasn't intrusive. I'm not in your shoes, but I could empathize with you so much, and that's why I've broken my resolution never to comment!
Greetings from Switzerland,
Simone
