So we’ve really reached a point where we have to invent a retronym to describe shows you actually have to pay attention to? Cool, cool, cool…

Are you trying to say that people need to pay attention?

Single-screen? Nah, I’m too deep into the matrix. I need at least 4 screens PER EYE to get my max dopamine.

I’m glad that everyone is enjoying this one, but it was not for me. I’m not a horror person, but I went into it, giving it a chance because everyone said it was amazing. And if you’re a horror person, or even a person who is ambivalent when it comes to horror, I get why you’re all loving it. But sometimes, even great things, aren’t universal and I think that’s for the best.

I read the article so you don’t have to:
“Single screen show” means “you can’t look at your phone because it’s an actual show instead of modern Netflix slop that is contractually obligated to restate the plot 5 times per half hour”.

Some exposition was in the beginning of the season but to establish the lore. Otherwise very well produced show. The humor is great. It highlights how horror or multi-genre horror still has lots of potential.

I tried, but I’m a wuss. The clown episode, I think 2, got me. Slept bundled up like a burrito (cause clowns can’t get your feet when they’re under covers) for weeks.

This show is amazing and I love it. Matthew Rhys is so good, he gives such a great WTF look

This show is really overrated. It’s above average, for sure, but no one is going to be talking about this show in three months imo.
