The judge wants very specific language and information to prove malice, but will allow BL’s attorneys overlap information to be included in the award of attorney’s fees. They proved MALICE! BL and her Husband were holding the filming hostage if Mr. Baldo did not do as she wanted. She became the person in power by claiming SH to take over a movie. She used extortion to get her way otherwise she was going to bring claims of SH. RR did horrible PR that made his wife look awful in the promotion of the movie. Then again they used extortion by trying to get Mr. Baldo need to sign a paper or else BL and RR would sue. BL and RR are horrible people that do not take any accountability for their actions and this ruling is setting a precedence that allows for others to extort and smear, innocent people’s names.
It s finally over?! ?! I can go back to a life where Blake and Ryan were completely irrelevant in my life??? I didn t even know Blake was still an actress after gossip girl 😂

How could the Wayfair prove that she made those claims with malice before the discovery? That law was supposed to protect the innocent, but it didn’t in this case.
So Blake doesn't have to pay her lawyers anything? It was a free lawsuit?
It has always been my understanding that if a lawsuit is settled, both sides have to pay their own legal bills/fees, no matter what else is agreed upon, even in the case of nuisance settlements, where the plaintiff gets something from the defendant, but nowhere enough to truthfully claim victory. But I guess Blake and Ryan are so malignantly narcissistic that they still think they can make Baldoni pay for their completely avoidable legal fees!

I don't think that Wayfarer was even trying to fight the attorney's fees that hard. They mentioned the extraterritoriality, but they otherwise didn't fight it. I don't think that they wanted to gut the law just to save a small amount of money and rub Blake's nose in further defeat.
When will Blake be DONE? When will her ego & hurt “feels” be satisfied or defeated? She’s made herself a pariah in Hollywood, hasn’t she?
I'm so glad that baldoni didn't have to pay her other fees, but if Justice truly prevailed I don't think he should have to pay anything! IMO, there is evidence of malice because that 17 point list was written with SPECIFIC words when presented to Wayfarer in November 2023. Lively didn't COERCE, IMO, Wayfarer to sign it until January 2024 – when 47.1 went into effect.
Hudson KNEW, IMO, 47.1 was coming and she was laying the foundation all along. IMO, that shows malice.
