I read the article. The “middle-aged women” was presented as the demographic that they’re (MAGA) are hemorrhaging and this was an attempt to woo that demographic. The title is definitely rage-bait and gives off the “he got beat by a girl” vibe, but the article excoriated him.
Weird title. Is it less impressive because of their age/sex?

I had to nix the ads on that eyesore of a site, but the article itself was well-written and wholeheartedly entertaining. Not gonna lie, felt more than a few cathartic moments of glee at his very clear discomfort.
It is 2026, and that kind of ageism and misogyny is unacceptable and ridiculous. Why couldn’t the Independent just state ‘hosts of The View’? Also, Alyssa is only 37. He is doing these interviews in the hope of becoming president. He showed he would be a disaster after the fiasco with the president of Ukraine in the Oval Office, and that clip should be shown in Democrat election advertisements in the run-up to the 2028 election. There are an infinite number of other examples and reasons why he would be a failure if elected.
