The judge needs to stop enabling her narcissism and shut this down. Its affected so many others lives. There needs to be laws that protect the falsely accused.
If this 47.1 law protects survivors then Baldoni should be getting HIS lawyer fees paid by Lively.

There was NEVER any SH by Baldoni, this whole thing is based with malice from Blake. Everything from her side is based on lies, that's already been proven.
They should have let the trial go ahead. This whole situation is beyond absurd, why is the court entertaining this BS???
This is her one and only gig and she does not want it to end. She is enjoying this. The judge needs to end this case once and for all. We are watching. If the law firm cannot produce itemized billing, the feds need to go in there and do an audit of the entire law firm and how they bill their clients. These lawyers are so useless, they don't even realize that Blake is setting the stage for an out to not pay them or pay them less Thant what they have charged her so far which is up in the $30 plus millions. Also, their motion to dismiss work agains the defamation case should not be more than $100-$150 K.
Imo, attorney fees can be calculated without the need for bl's involvement..also, lawyers should log and itemize work done . So the 30 days shouldn't even be used as an excuse for extension…will clients want to go to a law firm that doesn't itemize its bills? The law firms representing bl aren't doing themselves any favor when it comes to free and positive advertising, that's for sure…

Lying Blake was only awarded costs & fees for the defamation cause of action, NOT his entire case, not his other causes of action. We bill by hours, not by claims. So, yes, the invoice will have to be completely dissected & hours worked on that singular claim computed. 30 days? NOOO! Gottlieb/Hudson are big law. They have in house accoutants. I've never computed an invoice in 29 years of litigating.
Literally does NOT matter that the Reynolds are vacationing or Gottlieb. The accountants at the firm can do it. RIDICULOUS, YET AGAIN
I say with that attitude give Armie Hammer a second chance. His performance in Social Network was so memorable.

I am fairly confident you cannot add fees to calculate the fee. It doesn’t work that way. I also can’t believe the firm would risk it all fudging the numbers.
