Cory was entertaining but he wasn’t the best part of the show. Heck, you could argue that his brother Fred wasn’t the best part of the Wonder Years and certainly not the best part about the Princess Bride. Both of them have the “funny jerk” trait in their genes.
Happy for all of them. Live your life how you want. I think the podcast/tour and their friendship are 2 different things. So the lose of any friendship is very sad 😔
I love all the people commenting that arent real fans that have followed this story on top of watching the show since it aired in the 90s. Shut up with your ignorant assumptions if you dont know the full story.
Ben is likely doing his thing…He is a Adult male working in the real world now…He may be doing work outside of the Entertainment Business.. He will always be tied to that great series…But to be able to move on and do other things…He may have to distance himself from it.. It's amazing to me that Actors from TV shows may have never seen their own series…
She’s right – some people (especially in the world of child actors) just don’t want to go back to the limelight. It doesn’t sound like he said no as an FU to them, it sounded like he was just doing what’s best for himself. Boy meets world was one of my favorite shows as a kid. It’s nice to see these 3 back together. 🥰
The crew and the group were cast at a very young age and we're in the show since 1993 up to 2000 so that's a 7-year difference right there. And especially when they brought back the series with the daughter girl meets world, You cannot run away from a success that your face when you played a character and in the end cannot say that you don't want to be part of it. There's that saying goes if I know then what I know now things could have been different, if he knew that he didn't want this type of attention, then he should not have gone involved and became the lead role thanks to that he found someone success and his bills were paid. They could have given the rule to somebody else and that person would have to this very day would have been involved with this group.
What a lot of people don't realize is, for many actors throughout the history of show business, it was just a job for them. Just like everyday people have a job that they work for how many ever years and decide to quit and move on to something else, they don't stay in touch with all their co-workers or reminisce about good and bad memories. Sometimes people just want to move on. Mark Paul Gosselaar, from Saved By The Bell is another One. Yes it's strange when the star of a hit TV show wants nothing to do with the cast anymore, but no one is obligated to ride this thing out for the rest of their lives. People also have to remember, just like we have co-workers we don't like, actors are the same way. So if Ben doesn't care for one or more of these people why would he sit up under a podcast month after month putting on a fake smile.
I'm almost 40. This was me and my sisters show for sure in the 90s. I'm severely disabled and during that time it was a very important show. I think everyone loved these people. Thank you for the interview
Real reason he didn’t want to do it. Has had steady work. They haven’t and need money so they start a podcast. And he’s like, I’m good. Why do we need this podcast?

That's such a pageant answer. Tell us how you really feel. Be messy. Be honest.

She’s well spoken and and a great interviewee
Danielle is looking gorgeous
Coworkers are not your friends. Why is anyone obligated to be friends with someone they worked with? Cash grab 30 years later. I'm team Ben.

He knows they're gonna beg him for money
i have always suspected that something happened to Ben on set. i have no proof but he was a disney kid. it wouldnt surprise me . Disney is evil.
It doesn't sound like he's not friends with them though it just sounds like he didn't want to do the podcast. That's cool, people have their own lives
I think there's reasons. Probably mainly not wanting to be asked about his brothers troubles .
Ben doesn’t owe them anything
Ok, I read a lot of the comments expressing Ben as the big star. Im inclined to push the idea that Taganga is the most popular coming out the show.

What a beautiful and poised answer
Corey was the worst, I don't blame Ben for not wanting to relive the stories
Wait, so they asked ben to be on the podcast and he said it wasn't his type of thing, and somehow that gets spun into a massive drama??
The fact that this is being aired out completely validate his decision
Washed out actors clinging to the past.
She gatin way way finner. Like waw!
Wow someone moved on from the past and three didn’t

Shawn was such a amazing character I want to him in more films or series ❤
Wait! Was this after the "Girl meets World" stuff was filmed? They all reunited in that for a spell didnt they?
Normalize people going to work and going home when work is done. He def is minding his own business and not causing confusion
BEN DOESNT OWE YOU ANYTHING. WEIRDOS. YOU DO YOU AND JUST ZIP IT.

Well said 💞
Im glad they are on good terms

She still got great hair
I'd like to know who idea was it to name her Topanga? Its such an usual name so wondering how that came about?
Not only is she beautiful, but she's genuinely just a good person
Topenga looks great. The other two look good but nothing like they were back in the day. But it is lovely they were able to get together in a podcast.
Thats my opinion but I dont like Ben. Him and his brother. Happy he didn't do the podcast.
Girl meets world kinda killed it
That show was so dumb.
She’s got them crazy eyes
Love them
Yeaaaa where is corey

Did he pass away?????????

Ben did an acting job and then moved on. These three need to do the same.

They should just get over it.
I’m confused. So Ben simply does not want to be a part of their silly little podcast and they’re whining about it?
