It’s pimping. Nothing new.
Why is it that all major technology seems to be a pathway to the exploitation and harm of women? From Facebook’s origin, to Meta/Rayban Glasses, OnlyFans, Twitter harassment. I hate this timeline.
So…online pimps? Obviously the sentiment in the title still stands. However, this is one of the reasons why experienced sex workers often take issue with the new “only fans generation”—they’re generally unaware of everything that accompanies sex work while “discovering” dangers

This isn’t even new, a lot of onlyfans girls have been warning about these predatory “management” companies for years now.
Is pimping illegal? Call it whatever you want this is pimping.
I’m not anti sex work. I honestly don’t care what people do. But this is my problem with how people react to it. They think sex work is selling feet pics on OnlyFans. The vast majority of people on OnlyFans make nothing and those that do are prey to these pimps. Whether it’s selling sex to survive on the street or to get their next fix or paying rent or giving the OF money to some “manager” it’s all the same… exploitation. Now if we overthrow capitalism and have socialism and someone wants to fuck or sell videos of her dressed up as Princess Leia… Go for it. Until then, it’s more just exploitation, desperation, and misogyny and I can’t do yay go girl.
The whole point of these things was that women (and men) could do them on their own more, of course middle men try to insert themselves into everything
No one is forcing them to have a manager. Its their choice.
Yes, they really make an appearance on fetlife and similar websites looking for anyone they can exploit. They take an exorbitant amount of fees, take up your time, emotionally exhaust you, and make you believe that you can’t do it without them. It’s bullshit.
