Simon Cowell’s fiancée, Lauren Silverman, is reflecting on the highly publicized circumstances surrounding her 2013 pregnancy with the couple’s son, Eric. Speaking on the ‘Happy Mum’ podcast, Silverman describes becoming pregnant while still married to her ex-husband, Andrew Silverman, as ‘one of the hardest times’ of her life, admitting the situation ultimately led to the end of her marriage. I watched that Netflix special about Simon Cowell. At their home, his wife tiptoes around him because apparently only his ideas matter and she asks permission for everything. It was very prominent. It’s like she’s a little fan living in his house, begging for crumbs. I’ve never seen anything like it. For instance, he didn’t “allow” paper towels to be left out on the kitchen counter where you could get to them. She kept referring to “this is what Simon wants“. It’s like she had no say in their relationship at all or in their decorating of the house or anything.
