Not an attorney the law is flawed: the fact that a federal judge can rule “in favor” of both parties, shows it. This law would be fair if it was ruled after determining if SA actually happened. If it did not, like in this case, then the defamation claim lives and defendant should get nothing. If SA HAPPENED, then defendant of defamation gets everything.

People think UK is mad for having muted coverage legally during the trial but it does prevent trial by media.
