    1. ā°ā°Victoria was working with Blake’s team before the lawsuit, she was sneaky yet Manatt had a honey trap all set with NYT on the DAY AFTER 47.1 passed, and we all saw first hand lawyers are glacially slow, she knows Blake’s whole family, she met the nannies and the pets. ā°ā°ā°ā°ā°ā°ā°ā°

    2. Liman tried HARD to find a reason to give her (Blake) the lawyers fee. His interpretation and reasoning about 47.1 is total BS, imo. Unless SA was proven, she should have got ZERO $$$ for her lawyers, just like she got 0$ for damages etc since this was intended for VICTIMS, not rich liars. All this just made it glaringly obvious why 47.1 is unconstitutional with too many loopholes.

    3. Blake's attnys are sure to claim such zany things in their 10 pages that Justin's attnys will have a hard time saying all they want to say in their 10 page response.

    4. And she needs to show canceled checks or another proof of payment. Lying Ryan is a weasel that sold out his wife and family. I keep waiting for Blake and lively would come clean and apologize, but then they may loose the fashion magazine and perfume contracts.

Truth is Eternal , pain is fleeting.

I hope Blake and Ryan find the courage to own up and stop fighting to the bitter end.

    5. Harry has most likely realized he’s a guy without a country, people really wish they would give it a break. People need to stop talking about them, the both of them. Going home, require courtesies, is RIDICULOUS. They both are not working Royals. What they could do if they are sincere is FIRST GO down the HYW and VISIT his Father N Law an Maghan visit her father. Only then would I even consider allowing them to visit the Royal Family. What cause they’re important? REALLY!! GO VISIT MR. MARKLE FIRST!

    6. I really wonder if she's still trying to manipulate this. Is she trying to prove that the law is a false ceiling? Can anything be manipulated. Its getting to be like there's no true? Wow that is evil

    7. Blake’s texts with Taylor prove malice! Her entire lawsuit was brought with malicious intent. I agree with Andy, the case was settled and THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE END! When it comes to need and greed for money, Blake Lively and Meghan Markle are two rotten peas in a blackened pod.

    8. If I were the judge,… I’d order the Wayfarer parties pay her attorneys… $10. — SEND A MESSAGE TO BL AND THE PEOPLE WHO PASSED THAT INCOMPLETE AND EASILY MANIPULATED LAW. Come on, anyone could see the potential for abuse in this law. I’m shocked the author couldn’t.

    9. This billing is from over a year ago in a computer! It's a few clicks.
So we're normalizing this law can defame the innocent after a judge dismissed the claims without a trial and still make the innocent pay? It's bs.

    11. Where are the climate alarmists now these AI data centers are being built everywhere? They ravish natural resources and it's to turn the west into China where your existence is in total surveillance and your id n money are digital and dependent upon credit scores so if you post something snarky or bought cigarettes or anything that lowers your credit, you might not be able to take the bus or use your car or rrnt an apartment. See documentaries of hundreds of thousands Chinese people sleeping on the streets because they're not allowed to rent a place to live! These data centers will destroy people's lives and natural resources irreversibly.

    12. I'm praying Judge Liman doesn't bite at the absurd amount that I'm sure they will have, especially because he's getting irritated. Essentially he has to approve the amount……….
He has to see what's going on herešŸ¤”

    13. 9:33 A fundamental test of any law is not merely how it functions under ideal circumstances, but how it can be applied or misapplied in practice. If a newly enacted law can be readily weaponized for purposes that undermine justice, suppress legitimate rights, or enable abuses of power, then this reveals a significant flaw in the law's design. Sound legislation should be crafted with safeguards that minimize opportunities for exploitation while preserving its intended purpose. When a law contains vulnerabilities that make harmful or arbitrary applications foreseeable, policymakers have a responsibility to reexamine its structure, assess its unintended consequences, and revise or rescind it if necessary. Blake Lively has manipulated this law for her own nefarious agenda, single handedly destroying its intended application and with it undermining womens rights and abuse survivors.

    14. That pending Lively/Reynolds divorce is going to be EPIC!!!!

    15. Still not clear as day. ā€˜No’ would be clear. The settlement said Lyman’s decisions are final – and yet.. even though he says no malice he is still inviting BL to file.

Kim is right – attorneys fees are known. Invoices are specific. No one needs time.

    16. She asked for 30 days and got a week?
Why is 47.1 relevent to New York?
SH were thrown out and plenty evidence to show she did it for PR purposes (TS texts).
Why did Wayfayre give up their right to appeal?
I do not think Bryan Freedman doing PR works.

    17. Not an attorney the law is flawed: the fact that a federal judge can rule ā€œin favorā€ of both parties, shows it. This law would be fair if it was ruled after determining if SA actually happened. If it did not, like in this case, then the defamation claim lives and defendant should get nothing. If SA HAPPENED, then defendant of defamation gets everything.

    18. Hi, Enough? Why say enough when alot of us viewers are so interested with this drama. When Justin gets enough justice then maybe its time to say ā€œEnoughā€ is there any saga thats as interesting as this?

    19. People think UK is mad for having muted coverage legally during the trial but it does prevent trial by media.
The Idaho Four case is interesting in this respect as so many lies about the suspect with so little evidence even the prosecution said they could not link him to the victims or property.
They also razed the building to the ground which is legitimately bizarre.

    20. Agree with KIm. It's been known since 4 May that fees could be claimed, so why has Lively's legal team not got their act together before now? Are they just being difficult?

    21. Burke knew exactly what 47.1 was intended. It’s to stop men who are falsely accused from getting justice. She upset with Blake because it’s in the public eye. Why do you think Burke was getting it passed ā€œunder the radar ā€œ. She is now on a damage control tour to keep it from being repealed or not be debated. Burke and the activists groups knew exactly what they were doing
