He was going to fight it in court but his lawyer told him to just agree to the terms and it would be dropped in 5 years. They never dropped it. Now he's labeled a sex offender for the rest of his life and his kids don't speak to him. The reason why his kids don't talk to him is because they were so young they don't know any better. They were only told what their mother told them. Worst part about this is his ex-wife admitted it to people that she did this to him on purpose.
