Bunnie Xo is stripping down her breakup with Jelly Roll. Three days after news broke that the “Twisted” singer filed for divorce from the ‘Stripped Down’ author, Bunnie addressed the split for the first time, saying “it’s been hell” to keep the secret after their May 9 breakup. As she said on the June 18 episode of her ‘Dumb Blonde’ podcast, “I am so relieved that the f–king news is out, ’cause holy s–t.” During the episode, she explained that the pair are still close and are even planning to have a baby together after embarking on an IVF journey years ago. “That’s my f–king best friend, dude. Like, I love him,” she said. “And you guys are going to be shocked to hear this, but we’re still having a baby. That happens in alot of marriages where the woman loved far more, it happened to me, and although as Christians it was a difficult decision to divorce, it helped me heal in many ways. God showed up for me with the love and encouragement I didnt get from my dysfunctional parents growing up, or my husband. Ms Bunny, God's got you. My husband eventually remarried but many times expressed regret knowing he had not stepped up to tge biblical standard of loving me as Christ loves the Church, but we both had dysfunction and abandonment issues from childhood which helped me forgive him. i was bitter for awhile but God helped me let go of all that and helped me heal. I would have preferred us healing together, but experiencing God's grace has healed me more than a marriage ever could.
