Macaulay Culkin’s Father’s Day Post on Instagram: ‘It’s giving it a 10 when all you have is a 1 in the tank. I’m not perfect. I’m just a papa. Doesn’t matter. It all makes sense when my boys build me a bear.’

Seeing men with shit dad’s turn around and be amazing fathers is such a beautiful thing.

It must be so scary to do something so profound without any idea how to do it.

    2. idk I really feel like they’re trying to make their family a brand or family influencer type thing and I don’t dig it. no other couple has gone this hard to give “look at us we’re a normal happy couple in our private lives that you don’t usually get to see but we happily show you” as them. and the regular people that try are so obviously fabricated they’re ignored and called cringe but he’s got the parasocialisms on his side.

anyway downvote away karma is literally useless I’m just stating *my* opinion and my opinion doesn’t have to align with yours. if he were doing it without getting paid by a dumb mobile game I *might* view it differently but alas

also how much of the child raising is being done by a nanny cause no way he’s doing big cameos like in Fallout etc and still being a full time dad, just making this less plausible imo

“it all makes sense when my boys build me a bear” is probably one of the sweetest descriptions of parenthood I’ve seen

    4. This kid beat the Hollywood curse…
He’s had tough times but has a real Shine. Fantastic to see him and his family so happy.

    5. I am so obsessed with their relationship.

All child stars deserve to come out on the other side as unscathed as possible and I believe Brenda was behind the wheel for his continued wellbeing and success. 🥂

This is so real. I woke up to a bunch of disgruntled posts on r/daddit, but you need to take joy in tough moments. My wife worked today so didn’t have a lot planned, but then my kids make me a scavenger hunt (like the Easter bunny does for them) to a home drawn Magic the Gathering card and my heart was full. I like McCauley as a dad.
