    1. The 2012 Olympics was Britain's year and the lead drummer was a deaf woman who felt through her feet!! The graphics aren't great, but I highly recommend watching the ceremony on YouTube!

    2. 4 on the floor is how we call old manual 4 speed transmissions, never heard it in musical context.
Anyhow, I love her accent, or is she deaf too? If she is she sounds frenchy.

    3. Many years ago way more than I cared to admit I bought front row seats to Jon Denver yeah yeah I know I’m dating myself, but I couldn’t go to the concert because my boyfriend had made plans and didn’t tell me but anyway I asked my brother if he would like these tickets he about lost his mind. He couldn’t say yes enough and he took another one of his friends, which is also absolutely deaf and it’s true even if they can’t hear the music they can feel the music they can feel the excitement around them. They can feel joy in music that we as hearing people can’t don’t underestimate people that can’t hear appreciate that they can hear more than we can.

    4. Lip reading is such a difficult skill to develop! I was wondering how he heard them say which tempo to play and i realised he must have read his lips
