I want to love it, but that breastplate is not it. Something about the way the part under the bust sits is giving essence of kid’s playset armor with how it’s just kind of floating there. I think it’s because it hangs over the start of the skirt, but not in an intentional way.
As someone who is currently trying to build muscles, That is some hard work right there!

Like others, I don’t love the breast plate, but the dress and the color are fabulous and she’s great. Also look at her flexing. 🤩
If she didn’t want the entire top part to be hard material, even the top being metallic silver fabric would have worked better. It looks like she started putting on costume armor and stopped with a badly-fitted breastplate. The red dress alone would have been so much better.
