>According to media watchdog Status, the immediate aftermath of [Scott Pelley’s firing](https://www.rawstory.com/pelley-weiss-new-report-lies/) saw “CBS Mornings” hemorrhage viewers. The show averaged 1.59 million total viewers in the days following [Pelley’s termination](https://www.rawstory.com/cbs-scott-pelley-new-statement/)—an 11 percent drop from the 1.8 million viewers the program was already drawing, with an even more catastrophic 28 percent collapse in the advertiser-coveted 25-54 demographic.

They don’t care if CBS makes money as long as there’s another sewer pumping out poison to the people.

I love it. They went full MAGA for MAGA, but they get their news from Russian bots on Facebook. MAGA doesn’t pay attention to news.

You have got to understand that no one cares, the program will be forgotten, the ratings don’t matter, and the right news is being delivered to you- they are done with this and it is gone
«**Lower ratings in the CBS time slot formerly occupied by Stephen Colbert’s The Late Show could harm the network’s other programming, media experts say.»**
«“Within the television industry, it was figured out quite quickly that a popular late-night program would provide a lift to a morning show,” University of Maine communications and journalism professor Michael Socolow told Status.
“Early audience studies revealed that people habitually left their TVs tuned to a channel, and they wouldn’t switch channels the next time they turned on the TV unless they did not like what they were watching.”
Additionally, late local news programs could suffer.
“People who wanted to watch Colbert, a lot of them probably watch late local news,” said Bill Carter, the New York Times media reporter who has written several books on late-night television. In canceling Colbert, he added, CBS “diminished itself.”»
Nobody could say the current CBS management weren’t warned.

Good. Maybe we can get back to producing good content for the majority instead of propaganda, agenda pushing brain rot for the angry mentally ill minority. People don’t want bias garbage anymore. It’s so obvious they had to can this ancient outdated show.
