I'm conflicted because I don't know the context. This dude could've done something really bad but might've managed to get an easy sentence (possible by bribing the jury). If this guy does something really bad (like murder/attempted murder or any sex crime) the sure, denying him entering the country is justified. Although, if he only committed something like robbing a store then idk it's kinda not justified. Context is key
