    1. If I'm being completely honest….

I literally don't care anymore. At this point, if she wants to do this to herself, she can. We can only tell her so much.

    2. ariana is my fav artist of ALL TIME. i was introduced to her incredible music through positions and i have been an arianator ever since. i was going to buy tickets to her tour this year bc i have wanted to see her perform live in person! but now, all i can think abt is how short the show seems. also, there are not many shows happening at all, which explains the high ticket prices. even as recent as 3 years ago, she looked glowing, healthy, and beautiful in her rem beauty videos!! also i will say these past few nights shes been hitting some INSANE notes on dangerous woman and into you tracks!

    3. Like you said, if this was someone morbidly obese, everyone would be saying how unhealthy that person is and how they need to get help. But when it comes to people who are severely underweight, those comments are seen as hate because "skinny" has always been considered the body "standard". The double standards of both extremes drive me crazy. I've been considered for her health ever since Wicked and I hope that she's able to get the help she needs.

    4. She was my idol as a child, it’s depressing how underweight Shes getting that she looks like she’s on her last life
I have a family member with an ED and they are mostly just skin and bones and it’s sad, especially when they keep calling themselves overweight despite being under 100lbs at teenage years (which is not normal for them, not applying to every teen, but from what me and my family notice, it’s not normal)

I wish EDs were treated with more respect without people calling it hate or disrespect for legit starving to death

    5. Just because she was doing unhealthy things when she had the body we are comparing her to does not mean that she was at her unhealthiest. Maybe mentally, but physically, no.

    6. as a 5th year med student she is perfectly fine (everyone is different genetically ) she just has a very lean body and is perfectly normal. her bone outline showing is perfectly normal and i see a lot of people that look like that when im doing my ward rounds and they are all usually perfectly healthy

    7. When a person is that thin, their organs start to fail. Maybe but she's not well. Ribs are not suppose to look that way. She is in denial and that is a mental issue. She needs to seek a psychologist. Honest.

    8. 3:32 for me, it's body neutrality. I'm a little overweight, but it's hard with PCOS. I'm trying my darndest and HAVE lost weight, it's just hard! I think more about neutrality. My legs are strong and can carry me on a 12km hike. My eyesight allows me to see those who I love. My arms can hug and carry heavy items. If Ariana is our of breath on stage, we gotta stop the toxic positivity and get real

    9. I don't think people understand. USUALLY when people have EDs, they don't want to say it. Just bc Ariana hasn't SAID she has one, doesn't mean she doesn't. People treat EDs like they should be talked about in secret/behind closed doors, I feel people consider EDs a taboo subject to touch upon in public spaces.

    10. I am not normally an Ariana Grande fan but I am here because it popped up on my feed and because she is in one of the best movies of all time—wicked.
I am not body shaming her even a little bit when I say that she doesn’t look well at all. I don’t know what her situation is but I hope she gets the care and support that needs, especially if she’s dealing with an ED.

    11. Ariana please please please stand up for yourself and your health. Please girl please. Your health comes FIRST!!!!!! I know you won't see this, but I'm begging you through the cosmos anyway!!!!

    12. She is going through a phase. If she has anorexia is not easy to go through it. She needs time and privacy to move past this. And to compare her with her past self is not fair, she is changing, she won't go back to that. And from what I recall her past was full of drugs and drinking which I'm sure she isn't doing anymore so that's a big change to manage all on its own.

    13. What the fuck… why the FUCK did you include the clip of that creepy ass guy saying he's feeling "impending doom" with a HUGE SMILE ON HIS FACE and "i feel like we're watching her die…lol" … "lol"? You could have made this video without the voices of such disturbing weird fucking people, who are clearly enjoying watching whatever it is that's happening to Ariana. Including that clip was just gross. To say "lol" and 'try to be funny' in THAT sentence? From someone pretending to care? Evil. What's "disturbing" is watching someone's face/tone not match up to their fake ass words AT ALL.

    14. I love her, I've been a fan of hers from the very beginning of her career but I am genuinely concerned. This is not normal nor healthy. She might think she's healthier than the body she's being compared to and yes maybe mentally she's doing better and her life is more under control but that doesn't mean her body is physically healthier. I hope she gets the help she needs and gets over this, I genuinely do. Like I said, I love her and I always will

    15. Her "fans" won't be satisfied until she's dead. They don't actually care about her, they care about the sick control they have over her by encouraging her ED.

    16. I’m Vegan also and I got really skinny at one point in my youth but never as skinny as her. I’m kind of afraid she might be on some raw food diet, which is not nutrient dense. With all her activity she needs to be eating a LOT more and she’s just not eating enough. If she’s eating a raw diet it’s impossible to get enough calories with her level of activity. It’s giving me Michael Jackson vibes also. And I was alive when Karen Carpenter passed away, it was so shocking. It’s amazing how sometimes you just cannot see yourself how other people see you. She needs some potatoes and brown rice, give that girl some starch!

    17. Girl in the green sweat shirt is either ragebaiting, genuinely dumb, or literally has an ED herself because no one in their right might would have such a shittake

    18. She and her whole team has gaslit people with this whole “don’t shame her body, we’re supposed to be accepting via body positivity, body shaming is bad” nonsense when it comes to any concern said about her knowing the young fans will latch onto it and run the field for her with it …. it’s outright delusion.

    19. As a recovered anorectic myself, I just want to point out that in discourse around these things that anoRECTIC and anoREXIC are two different things. If you are anorectic, you’re diagnosed with the ED anorexia. If you are anorexic, on the other hand, you are skinny on the level of a person with diagnosed anorexia. And I have never met a person at an anorexic weight who wouldn’t get immediately diagnosed as an anorectic if they stepped into a COMPETENT doctors office.

    20. I saw someone commenting "I would be surprised if she's still alive in five years", and that comment got a lot of likes. I think it's a very horrible thing to say to a person, and I don't think anyone would actually say that to someone they know who are sick or feel worried about, but on internet it's suddenly okay to dehumanize someone like that. It's very scary to see

    21. No, the discussion should not be over with her declaring she is healthy, having in mind also the number of women looking up to her. The thinking patterns in anorexia are heavily altered by cognitive distortions. Irrational thought patterns that feel entirely real to the individual. A person's literal visual perception of themselves is distorted. They do not see what others see; they look in the mirror and genuinely perceive themselves as larger, regardless of how thin they actually are.

    22. “I don’t believe she has an eating disorder because she says she doesn’t” is crazy, every single eating disordered person says that at some point to avoid getting help

    23. I have to be honest I was one of those fans who denied that she looked sick. During her wicked era (2023-2024) i didn’t pay a lot of attention to her, I saw some pictures realized she lost weight, but thought it was because of her busy schedule. I believed her when she said she’s the healthiest she’s ever been now, I felt it through her music, eternal sunshine was more mature than her previous albums. But now I saw these tour videos, and everything started to make sense.

I have had eating disorders myself. And it’s so obvious now that she has one. She know she’s thin, but the comments encourage her, make her feel good like she can achieve something desirable. She’s constantly posting pictures of her body on social media, to show how good she is at being skinny. The way she thinks she’s the healthiest she’s ever been, probably on a strict diet and working out, genuinely believing she’s healthy, not being able to see the illness. Remembering her 2019 self as a bad era because of her mental struggles, feeling better now and therefore assuming everything’s better now.

I’m honestly so worried. She’s one of my favorite artist of all time, she means a lot to me. But I can’t even look at her tour clips, I almost want to vomit. Im scared, I don’t want her to pass away. This is so concerning. But any amount of comments on how skinny she is will not help. Not commenting on her body at all will help. And someone has to take her to a doctor asap.

    24. I’m wondering if she still keeps that health, will she soon have the “farewell tour” (this is a reference to a video I saw that said that Ariana’s last tour will be named the farewell tour and I was saying that since I’m genuinely worrying for her health and I do think that if it’s still continuing to spiral down that she would have to retire 😢)

    25. Everyone who writes ”I hope she’s okay”.
NO she is obviously not! Please people open your eyes, she’s slowly dying, it’s just a matter of time until her heart gives up… I don’t think she have much time left to be honest…
