Liam Payne’s Son Bear, 9, Named Sole Beneficiary of $29 Million Estate | E! News

More than a year after Liam Payne died following a fatal fall from the balcony of his Argentina hotel room, his and ex Cheryl Cole’s 9-year-old son Bear was named as the sole beneficiary of his estate, according to court documents obtained by People and TMZ. 1. I swear the mother will try and get the money and manipulate the child when’s he is 18 to hand it over his mother I hope he’s smarter than that I know that sounds crazy and awful

    2. He has an amazing mother who is wealthy in her own right so Bear will be as best a child can be under the terrible circumstances. Hopefully Cheryl can look after he's family a bit too because they must in a terrible way too.

    3. serious question- if parents don't write a will for money/valuables/property before an unexpected death, what happens to all of it? i hear the government takes it all away? i also hear you can hire an attorney to get some/most of it but that would be hard to do without "proof"
      thanks in advance

    4. My parents, upon their death, which I never want to happen, are leaving my sister and I their entire net worth and properties. It’s roughly like $3M for each for us. But man if gaining $3M means losing my parents…I don’t want it.
