Muni Long Secretly Underwent DOUBLE LUNG TRANSPLANT After Being Given a Week to Live!

Muni Long tells ‘Good Morning America’s Robin Roberts she secretly underwent a double lung transplant after being given a week to live. The 37-year-old singer, who’s battled the autoimmune disease lupus since 2014, explains her health took a turn for the worse while on Brandy and Monica’s ‘The Boy Is Mine’ tour last year, as she experienced increased respiratory issues. When she finally departed the tour to focus on her health, she was hospitalized and doctors told her she needed a double lung transplant in order to survive. Muni says she’s doing well in her recovery, and she’s excited to start singing again. She also cautions fans to make sure they prioritize their health and wellness so they don’t end up in her position.
