Lily always got off too easy for all the crap she pulled on her friends over the years like her stupid Aldrin Justice crap when she stole Ted’s boss Hammond Druthers autographed baseball, this episode made me hate her so much manipulating and sabotaging Ted’s relationships including Robin is a huge betrayal of trust. Lily said she, Ted and Marshall have known each other since college and mean a lot to each other, she certainly didn’t feel that way when she broke Marshall’s heart and moved to San Francisco for an Art fellowship and she never contacted any of them during this time, Lily was always the worst character on the show she and Marshall should never have gotten back together as she was always controlling him and being entirely rude and disrespectful to his loving family.
