    1. All due respect, she also said during her campaign for Monster that six twinkies were not fun to eat so like, her advice is for people who already DO exercise they enjoy, not for people for whom no exercise is enjoyable (me).

      She just does a bike workout 4 times a week, 2 long yoga sessions, and daily Pilates. That sounds like a strict routine.

    3. ‘Without a strict regime’ and then tells us about her incredibly strict regime…
      Ninety minutes yoga and approximately 3 to 4 hours of spinning classes. So that’s basically a work day evey week just for exercise.
