I dont think much people know what they’re talking about when they’re saying, “The nerve you have to not beat him up”. This man is obviously mental, but you never want to take any risks around him. This is because they are in a public space with a dog, which means if she beats him up, the dog will obviously react and may dangerously hurt him. This could even lead to court. Besides from that, this woman handled this very good, kudos to her.
