Law and order is such a great show, but it’s definitely one I can’t binge because the world feels so terrifying after, especially the episodes about kids. I love the show, but it sucks that even in the show their “realistic portrayal” of how messed up the system can be is often better than it actually is in real life…
I blame Law and Order for convincing the general public that Miranda Rights are an automatic go-to when the cuffs come out. People straight up go crazy and resist because the script isn’t going lol
