Aww, that was sweet. Happy for her. May others know and fight for the same joy.

    3. This was beyond beautiful. I am and will always be the biggest advocate for queer literature (& media) so this post really got me. Happy Pride to them both and everyone in our community. ❤️

I love her specific call out to Joan & Vanessa in Atmosphere. It’s such a good book, highly recommend.

“I was circling two hundred miles above the Earth, and all I wanted was to get home and see you.” 💕

    5. She already has an Olympic gold medal, but if the Olympics starts giving out medals for literature again, she should get one for this beautiful post!

    6. this is beautiful and so sweet😭 may their love continue to inspire and light others and i hope they have an amazing life together ❤️

    7. Oh oh oh. This is beautiful. As a teacher, I often save posts like this to share with some students. This will definitely be bookmarked x

Gosh this was a well thought out, well written, heartfelt piece of humanity. Truly lovely.

    9. This is just so beautiful. Because it’s true, it really is Pride for everyone even people who aren’t out yet, who might not be able to come out, who have other reasons, that’s why it’s important to keep in mind what this all really means and what it is. Because there’s still so far to go.

I’ve had people tell me that because I talked about being bisexual that they felt safe to come out so you never know whose life you being you might be affecting.

There are so many sweet details in this entire post and I love it.
