Justin Bieber Makes First Major Appearance Since Coachella to Assist With NHL Draft

Just two months after his Coachella headlining set, Justin Bieber stepped out at the NHL Draft in Buffalo, New York June 26 to assist in drafting Gavin McKenna to his longtime favorite team the Toronto Maple Leafs. “What an incredible night,” Bieber told the crowd. “The child in me is ecstatic right now. I’ve been a Leafs fan since I was just a little boy. I’m so grateful to be here.” Dressed in a red Maple Leafs zip-up jacket, green pants and beige boots, the Grammy winner joined NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman to reveal 18-year-old Penn State forward McKenna as Toronto’s top selection.
