      I was alive in 2011, but not like…aware and did people back then really find her treatment normal and even hated her for some reason????

      I never trust a doctor who goes by their first name. Dr. Drew, Dr. Phil, Dr. Laura, etc.

      Who came up with that exploitive segment on the show? She was 16. The husband using her publicity and the Freak Show Dr should bury their heads in sand.

      I hope that she is also including her mother in a lot of this. Dr. Drew deserves what he gets, but really, this is all on her mother. She had to sign off on such a thing.

      Part of me says that she could have declined to have this done, but in the article it makes it seem like she was forced to go through with it by whoever she was with at the time. Kinda sad. I remember laughing at her because they had her on The Soup a lot, making fun of her being an airhead and her gross relationship with whoeverthefuck. She got too much blame for being in that situation, because sometimes people are swept up and then they can’t get out, like getting caught in a riptide.

      The only good thing I have to say about Dr. Drew is the 30 Rock quote where Jenna says, “Doctor Drew called me ‘unfixable’.”

      girl the only person you should be blaming for anything you did is your parents. Dr Drew didn’t drag you out of nowhere onto this show. Your parents put you in this creepy situation with a much older man, and then exploited the fuck out of you while you were underage. All the issues can be sourced back to those two.
