In a series of Instagram videos posted June 26, the ‘Queer Eye’ star revealed that he and husband Mark Peacock rehomed their dog, George, after the dog seriously and unexpectedly injured their cat, Liza Meownelli. Jonathan shared that he initially feared Liza would not survive her injuries, but said she survived after receiving emergency veterinary care. Faced with the reality that the two pets could no longer safely live together, Jonathan said his family made the difficult decision to find George a new home after four years together. He described the experience as “gut wrenching” and confirmed that George is now living in a foster home.
