What happened to the prosecutor when Blake (and Ryan) first filed their legless claims on Heresay – and they werent dismissed by Judge Liman – then 16 months along 2 weeks before the court case ; lively ( and Ryan) dropped 2 claims: then 10 claims were dismissed by the judge and then lively dropped the last 3 – 16 months later ? 2 weeks before the long awaited court case – there was basically No Settlement ; Lively got nothing ; Now she’s back

The judge is also the problem here for always being bias towards Blake. He should just shut Blake down after settlement and get her to pay Baldoni's fees for all her lies

Generally I have a little bit of a negative perspective for lawyers. Saying that, I kind of like these guys. They seem a little more honest than your average lawyer, and a bit likable.

Hi, just call it what it is. Everyone knows what she did. This was a PR move so the mainstream media would pick up the big number and publish “8 million.” That’s the reason behind it. We can see the tactic now, and people are seeing right through it.

I do not believe that the lawyers that are working for Blake Lively are looking for 8million dollars. This is a PR stunt nothing more. I would be shocked if they get 80 thousand dollars. This is a woman that has become desperate to find any win.

Judge Liman will deny in part and grant in part and they will receive 4 million
If the judge gives her $80k, that is 1% of what she asked for. I personally would like to see him say since you didn't come back with a good faith request I'm going to give you half of what a reasonable amount is you get $40K. that would be 0.5%of the $8M.
Kjersti, time and time again, I get to see you be such an excellent interviewer. You ask excellent questions, then just listen! You give them time and space to answer. You stay calm when someone is a douche-canoe to you, then remain human after you've processed it on your own.
I just came home from Aldi. For those who don't know, Aldi is a discount grocery chain known for having not just groceries, but also a couple of aisles of random items. You can find anything from power tools and candles to bedroom slippers and nail clippers. Those aisles are affectionately known as the "aisle of shame" or "aisle of mystery".
