      This whole controversy is directing so much (warranted) criticism and humiliation toward the US and prevents them from using Balogun’s ban as an excuse for their loss… it’s almost impressive how Trump’s involvement can make any situation worse

      Sorry to our players, but I’m glad it was a battering. Can’t say shit as if it was close. US played poorly, made some real dumdum mistakes, and Belgium took advantage of their opportunities and possession.

      Belgium had less possession but more than twice as many shots as the US. Their shots on target (7) was more than total shots by the US (6).

      So yeah, good on Belgium. Talk that shit.
