    1. It’s clear Lively was desperate to settle before the Met Gala. WHY DID JUSTINS LAWYERS ALLOW THIS CLAIM TO STAY ALIVE! We shouldn’t even be doing this right now and Freedman should have 100% forced the issue of Lively dropping ALL claims including 47.1 or there’s no deal. It was Blake that wanted this settlement to happen and happen fast. It would have backed her into a corner and forced her hand on this. She would have no choice but to throw out this ridiculous 47. motion so she could go to her precious met gala. I also think she wanted to drop it quickly with hopes that Swift would invite her to the wedding if the lawsuit was no longer going on!

    2. I have no faith. Liman angled everything to give this woman her fees and he's consistently granted things in part. I have no faith that he won't give her $4/5m dollars because it's easier than scrutinising everything. Those subpoenas were nothing to do with his defamation case. It's enraging they did this.

    3. Bill hourly as a paralegal. The way it works at our firm as I hit start on a timer in the program when I start the world and stop when I finish. Then I title it “draft blah blah.” And then stare again for the next item of work. It’s easy to do and judges have asked us to do it that way to prevent this blocked billing for this reason. I’m surprised they didn’t highlight that 47.1 part and then write next to the 2.7 how much they think they spent like 1.0 or whatever next to it and then highlight that. That is how I have to do attorney fee affidavits.

    4. I wonder if a lot of the fees are dismissed for being out of date range, if this would give BL/insurance company and excuse not to pay for these laywer fees. Aka scam fees

    5. Blake committed perjury and she and Ryan are monsters and evil people theses two should not get nothing 47.1 she is the one who brought this case and you telling me he not allowed to defend himself i feel that Blake and her lawyers should not pay them fir what they did to him
