The video of Selena backing up was from 2016. She was leaving the Salon and the paparazzi surrounded her and it was hard for her to get out. She probably got scared amd there was nowherefor her to go. She is not like Hailey who lives for the paparazzi and calls them on purpose to take her pictures. Atleast she only hit the fence and not the photographer like Justin did.
