How a Running Joke Became the Best Plot Twist #AntMan #Quantumania

In Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Veb spends almost the entire movie obsessing over one bizarre thing—having holes like everyone else. It seems like nothing more than a running joke until Kang’s soldiers blast him full of holes during the final battle. Instead of getting weaker, Veb becomes one of the deadliest creatures in the Quantum Realm, swallowing enemies with the very feature he had always dreamed of having.

Was this Marvel’s funniest setup and payoff, or did you notice it the first time you watched the movie?

Starring Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Jonathan Majors, Kathryn Newton, Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, and David Dastmalchian as Veb. Directed by Peyton Reed.

    1. The day before i had seen this movie i had watched the first helluva boss episode so when veb said "i have holes" my mind instantly went to "new hole scatter" and lost my shit

    2. I liked the movie, it wasn’t phenomenal but I thought it looked cool and loved Kang in it. Anyone have any solids reasons why they disliked it? I’m just curious and open to opinions!

    3. The speed at which I deleted all the events of this movie from my brain should be studied cos I have absolutely zero recollection of, like, 95% of this film, all I remember is M.O.D.O.K
