Oh interesting, this is the first time I’ve heard of litigation over something like this. When I saw “ex girlfriend” “Supreme Court” and “consent” I was a little more worried

She’s only asking 40k. It honestly seems trifling to not have just settled with her outside of court for that amount, given the heights his career has reached.

Good. It should have never gone on for that long, he was in the wrong and he should have offered a serious settlement but it seems like they thought she wouldn’t continue through which is funny since she’s an attorney. He only offered her $2k, she declined and went for $40m.
