    1. There's nothing special about Champagne, beyond the name and thus the cachet.

There's good Champagne and really boring Champagne. There's good prosecco and harshly bubbling prosecco with lazy, one-dimensional flavour.

I love drier wines, and there are plenty of proseccos that work in that regard. It's not as simple as "prosecco is so sweet" – it's often not actually very sweet, really. Even when it is a bit sweeter, it's not sweet sweet. It's not like Liebfraumilch or Sauternes.

Prosecco often has tight, bright, green apple and citrus flavours, in fact. You do certainly get softer flavours like pear, melon and peach too, and they really just suit being a bit sweeter. It's about a balance of complementary flavours though, not just "it's sweet". It's a sweetness that suits certain flavours and aromas. And in tandem with the creamy mousse of bubbles in a decent prosecco has, the softer sweetness balances perfectly.

    2. Is it or just Emilia is looking really great recently, it is looks like her time on Got again , I was worried cuz for couple of years she looked really skinny outta nowhere , but she looks healthy now and her cheeks are back

    3. Prosecco isn't sweet, it's even in the name, Secco means dry, I think she's confusing it with Moscato which is exceedingly sweet. She's forgiven though, she's cute, nice and British, one has to be lenient.
