      Tbh they also supported Johnny Depp, so this is unsurprising. Most “progressive” men I know are particularly blind/willfully ignorant to abusive men.

      Palestine is a really low bar to clear when it comes to identifying oppression. People get confused or more avoidant when we speak of more murky power dynamics in geopolitical conflict and interpersonal relationships.

      Whenever I see this I wonder what celebs are there for Angelina Jolie, even though I suppose she always strikes me as someone who cares a lot less about backslapping her way through Hollywood, and she’s more interested in being a mom.

      There’s something especially vicious about adopting these orphaned children from tough situations and then abusing them. Tbc, it’s just as bad that he abused his bio children obv. But there’s an extra ring in hell for him for the adopted kids I think. I hope this makes sense.
