      I would be disappointed with either result.

      As an English girl, I’m happy my country’s team is going far in the contest. Reaching the semi finals for any country is a big achievement.

      But also as a Manchester City supporter, I’m so sad that this is the end of Erling Haaland playing in the 2026 World Cup for Norway. He’s so entertaining as a player.

      Absolute warriors today. Bellingham, Anderson and Spence were phenomenal and played out of their skin. So fucking proud of the lads. COME ON ENGLAND 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿❤️

      This squad has shown so much more spirit and character than i’ve ever seen in an England squad. Just absolutely brilliant.

      I really think Norway made a mistake starting Sorloth over Nusa who made a massive difference when he came on. It’s a shame we came up against each other because Norway was the other team i was rooting for 💔

      The World Cup is exciting until the end because the disparity between team resources is massive.

      Only 8 countries have won in 100 years. And if Switzerland loses to Argentina, one of those 8 countries will win again.
