      I’m pretty sure that was the first YouTube video to hit 1bn views. I used to check on it almost every day to see the view count. Crazy how big that song was at the time

      usually posts like this make me double blink bc time can’t be moving that fast, but this one actually surprised me! i genuinely thought gangnam style was released in like 2008 or thereabouts.
