      Just another horrible Americanization of the beautiful game. The “hydration breaks” are so stupid and ruin the flow of the game, extending halftime is terrible for the players. Why can’t they do this show before the match??

      My biggest pet peeve is that they make the refs explain the VAR review decisions though, it’s such a waste of time! Just show your decision!

      celebs don’t have the pull they used to. looks like they’re trying to rope in multiple generations (and cultures) with these names…meanwhile it all just sounds so wildly out of place & mediocre any more.

      Halftimes shows for American football players are tough sometimes for them to come back from, how is this going to affect World Cup players? Some of the Atlanta Falcons attribute the long halftime show as a reason for the momentum loss during their Super Bowl appearance.

      I can’t imagine a 40-60 minute cool down is going to be great for their game.

      He’s not wrong. The americianisation of the world cup between this and the manditory hydration breaks every ‘quarter’ is just atrocious. The half time should be 15 minutes and no more. This will go on far longer. It is a load of wank.
