      The first half of this book was brilliant, but it crashed in the second part. And this trailer makes it clear it's not for me. Imo, Taika Waititi is a mediocre director. I'd love for someone else to have had the opportunity, someone new. Same applies to Ortega. And I used to love Lyonne, but shes gotten stuck mugging for the camera.
      Honestly, it looks awful.

      After hearing about the whole thing about Natasha being off the wagon, it’s very strange wondering if this movie has that vibe. Not that I’m judging, but it’s not being talked about.

      Hmm, don’t know how I feel about this based on this trailer. The book I felt was much darker and had a more philosophical and introspective feel to it which really resonated with me. It brought up thought about what makes us human and it was interesting to see everything through Karla’s eyes as she discovers her world and her place in it. But then again, this is just the first trailer I’ve seen of the movie adaptation and they might want to set a lighter mood to grab more people’s attention and appeal to a larger audience. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see… Jenna looks very cute though! Nice to see her smile after her role as Wednesday, though I loved her in that role! 🥰🖤

      Everyone, calm down, this is a book that turned to movie. Book was before chatgpt, not everything is an AI propaganda. I don’t know how movie will be but if you read the book and just think about robots, you’ve missed the point.
