      Damn. Between the pictures and words, you can feel the love and pain. It’s hard enough to lose a loved one but not even getting to prepare for it is god awful.

      Writing the instagram obituary using AI is so tacky and impersonal. Nothing gets me more when AI posts say “I can’t believe I’m writing this….” But, you’re not.

      As someone with a shit dad, I’m always comforted to see people with nice dads. I know grief is rough, but that grief is proof of beauty, of love, of something stronger than the physical realm. I will feel relieved when my dad is gone, maybe even happy. That is sad. So my heart is full when people grieve over their loved ones, and when the thought of losing someone is too much to bear. Because it means that the love was full and wonderful, as it was meant to be.

      Lost my dad in 2018. Took care of my mom until her passing in 2023. Prayers for her family. It is such a difficult time. You’re in shock for quite sometime💔🙏
