    Millie Bobby Brown Reacts to Godzilla Costar Kaylee Hottle’s Death | E! News

    Millie Bobby Brown will be missing her costar Kaylee Hottle. Following the news that the 18-year-old was killed in a July 21 car accident, the Stranger Things actress paid her respects to her Godzilla vs. Kong costar. “I’m so devastated to hear this,” Brown wrote over a black-and-white shot of a young Hottle acting in the 2021 blockbuster. “You will be deeply missed Kaylee.” Hottle died in a fatal single-vehicle collision in Ijamsville, Maryland, in the early hours of July 21, according to a press release from the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office. Kaylee was an actress who famously played Jia in both ‘Godzilla vs. Kong’ and ‘Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire.’ “After I watched the movie, I thought, ‘Wow, this is going to make such a big impact,'” she said through an ASL interpreter on WABC-TV in 2024. “And I was so excited. She’s a young deaf girl, just like many others out there.       That’s very thoughtful. Great to see Eleven herself Milly Bobby Brown giving Kaylee Hottle a nice heartwarming farewell speech. RIP Kaylee Hottle. Gone way too soon. My condolences to her family and friends. She’ll forever be remembered as Jia in Godzilla vs Kong and its sequel Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire.

      She had to have been 19 instead of 18, because she was born May 1st, 2007 and now just died July 21st, 2026. Everyone is saying she was born in 2007, but still saying she was 18. Was it actually 2008? Or is everyone just saying it wrong by claiming she was 18?

      Anyways, rest in Heavely peace, Kaylee! Gone very young! 😢
