They ‘sell’ wooden forks, the ones with two prongs… these are literally always gratis..
As an Aussie we also love our fish and chips, and something about going to you local take out on a hot summers afternoon/evening and ripping a hole through the paper smelling the ocean/beach lemon, vinegar and chicken salt on the chips yum! (And we typically use our fingers)
100% agree. I refuse to eat pub/restaurant fish and chips for the same reason. The batter and chips are never as good as from a proper chippy!
