In the newest trailer for Real Housewives of New York’s season 16, Carole Radziwill—who is returning eight years after leaving the series—shut down her alleged connection to Jeffrey Epstein. In the trailer released July 21, Radziwill admits she “can’t believe” she’s back as a “friend of” alongside Sai De Silva, Erin Lichy, Jessel Taank, Hailey Glassman, Erika Hammond and Daisy Toye. But the 62-year-old immediately faces an awkward moment while out in New York City with Lichy, as a passerby calls her “the one from the Epstein files.” Later, during a cast trip, Radziwill is questioned by De Silva about the rumors surrounding her alleged connection to the disgraced financier. “You never went to this island?” the Scout the City founder asks. “No,” Radziwill responds. “You think I’m part of an international sex-trafficking ring?” Elsewhere in the explosive RHONY season 16 trailer, Toye appears alongside her longtime client Martha Stewart and opens up about being in a “lavender marriage” with her husband, Eugene Toye.
