There are so many worse things than cursing. I never understood a blanket ban on a few words just because so person from centuries ago decided they didn’t like the word.
I'm black, have a white grandma and lots of Catholic white friends. T Theres a lot of cussing when I visit 1 white friends house. I might slip and cussing so white granny says "that comes from all those damn Catholics"
I don't use profanity now, and I'm 67. My father never swore, but my mother would go off. As a child, I would look at her and say, "Do you want me to talk like that?" She would stop cursing for a while, then start up again later. 😂😂😂
I couldn't even think about cursing around my parents or my grandparents they will slap you in your face or back of the head 😅 I'm glad for it now, because as an adult I rarely if ever curse ❤
Today parents want to be friends with their kids so bad that they let them do all these crazy things like you made me think back to your parents or grandparents like they were crazy but I'm thankful for all of those lessons because everyone when I meet them they're always like oh you're so nice so courteous most of these kids today don't know how to talk to elders or people in general
