Those are the best boxes’ all that new garbage goes out more frequently than the old ones.
See, as a landlord, I prefer tenants that never cause me trouble and I never raise their rent. The exception is when property tax and insurance increases leave me no choice.
Yeah, building inspectors won’t ever have an opinion about rent increases. Don’t expect for code violations, but if they start saying that rent increases are justified that’s a cleared bias and could get the government sued.
Drew was not playing around.
but if he replaced the fuse box himself for 360 dollar, he can't permanently get the rent lowered right? It's just installments of $60 per month less for 6 months.
This isn’t how code works. You’re grandfathered in until someone works on whatever the thing is that’s “out of code” THEN it has to be brought into the new code. The entire situation wasn’t necessary
I should know, I’m an electrician.
This fuse box needs to be replaced…and this wasnton your first inspection because…?
Nah drew got that dawg in em💀😭
There is one thing we don't mess with Family and money- Tota
Havent watched this show and i don't know the time frame from each scene but Drew should be a bit more patient, he won't get his money if Omar can't even go to work, Omar said he'd pay him 30 a month and he probably will.
Drew is the worst of Rochelle and Julian
Its silly fuses are safer than circut breakers.
So this is where Batman got his notes from
Drew is silently the mike from the wire
drew's all abt that life
Like father like son
Drew wasn't raised right😢
Damn,ok.
I just spent $145 at taco bell lastnight
That's 2 different parts from everybody hates chris
Which episode is this
Back in the day even poor people owned homes
$300? Thats cheap!
These are 2 different episodes. The one where drew goes after omar is because of 5 dollars
Buy… you deduct the money for like a month or five until you make up the money… not forever… Like, wtf?
Stewie and Brian ahhh episod3
So they were broke but they can afford to have an extra apartment to rent out. Doesn’t make any sense
Did you know the boy pay for it. The grown up that's elimination of the mindset so you try to play the owner or the landlord for free rent even though he didn't pay it's landlord his son did it not him touche touche for that that's a hustler shaky Wonder
I think Drew got Mr Omar back good for doing that to his dad 😂
FOR ONE MONTH!!!
2 different episodes 😅
“Get em checked” 🌚
Dont borrow from a drew, dont live under a julius landlord, and omar only gets that discount for like max 3 months 😂 then rent goes right back up
Mr Omar was lowkey one of best characters in this show
Never mess with Drew's money.
The electrical box thing is not true by law electrical installation or "circuits" 50 years or older are not required to be updated to current code unless it's modified or in a hazardous condition, it's called grandfathering. Just a fun fact
I woulda waited a year, not renewed his lease and throw his ass on the street ON THE SPOT
